Joshua Caddell is the owner and founder of Leatherneck Mobile Welding, a veteran-owned and operated welding and fabrication company proudly serving Northeastern Oklahoma. Built upon the values of honor, integrity, and hard work, the company reflects the same principles that guided Joshua throughout his military and professional career.

Joshua began his military service in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman, deploying to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. During one of his deployments, he was wounded in action and awarded the Purple Heart. Following his service in the Marine Corps, he continued his military career in the United States Army, serving in an elite Long-Range Surveillance (LRS) Company and deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

After his military service, Joshua earned a degree in Welding Technology and later obtained his Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credential. His career has included work as a welder, welding inspector, and quality professional on some of the nation's most demanding industrial construction projects. He has worked with companies such as Zachry Industrial on oil, gas, and power generation projects, The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company on mission-critical data center construction, and alongside the United States Army Corps of Engineers as a Quality Control Manager on major infrastructure projects.

Leatherneck Mobile Welding is truly a family business. Joshua's wife, Mandy Caddell, is an equal partner in the company and plays a vital role in managing the administrative and organizational side of the business. Mandy is also an Advanced EMT dedicated to serving her community through emergency medical services.

Together, Joshua and Mandy volunteer with their local fire department and enjoy camping, hiking, and embracing the homestead lifestyle. They believe that hard work, self-reliance, and community matter—and that in today's world, simplicity is the ultimate luxury.
